Fee Information

Reservations are required to guarantee the tour, date, and time desired. All ticket prices include a $3.50 non-refundable service fee.

Ticket Pickup

Tickets must be picked up at the Visitor's Center's Will Call Window at least 20 minutes before your Tour time upon presentation of your reservation number and a photo I.D.

Changes

Subject to availability, visitors are permitted to make changes in Tour date and up to 1 hour before the start time of the Tour. In the event you change your Tour date and/or time a change fee of $3.50 per ticket will be applied.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to one hour before the start time of your Tour. Phone 1-800-695-2269. Once this reservation is completed there is a $7.00 fee to cancel and a $3.50 non refundable service fee per ticket. Refunds will not be issued for the movie only portion of an Experience Tour Package. Movie Tickets may be purchased separately to complement Tours 2-5. Movie only tickets are subject to a $1.00 per ticket cancellation fee. Movie tickets can be used before or after the tour and up to a year from date of purchase. Movies are shown every 45 minutes beginning at 8:15 a.m.

No refunds will be issued for missed tours or late arrivals.
